I've heard that the Crested Bellbird's call is ventriloquial but I haven't had a problem locating it by its call, just in getting a reasonable photograph of it.

Being partially deaf, I have a lot of trouble with bird calls but this is one bird whose call is loud enough and distinctive enough for me to easily identify it.
